About the Journal
Wanastra: Jurnal Bahasa dan Sastra (ISSN: e-2579-3438, p-2086-6151) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to publishing high-quality scholarly works in the fields of Linguistics, Literature, Language Teaching, and English for Specific Purposes (ESP), with a particular emphasis on studies in English. The journal serves as a platform for researchers, scholars, and practitioners to disseminate empirical research, theoretical discussions, and academic analyses across language and literary studies.
The journal is published by LPPM Bina Sarana Informatika and is committed to advancing knowledge and contributing to global academic discourse.
Publication Frequency
Wanastra: Jurnal Bahasa dan Sastra publishes academic articles according to the following schedule: 2 issues per year (March and September), with 5-10 articles per issue, starting in 2023.
2014-2021 (Vol 6-12) : Two issues per year (10-25 articles per issue)
2021-2022 (Vol. 13-14): Two issues per year (10-15 articles per issue)
2023-2025 (Vol. 15-17): Two issues per year (5-15 articles per issue)
2026 onwards (Vol. 18): Two issues per year (5-15 articles per issue)
The journal is committed to ensuring the regular and prompt dissemination of rigorous research within its designated fields.

Language
Wanastra requires all papers to be prepared in English, with authors expected to maintain clear expression, correct grammar, and spelling throughout the manuscript.
Wanastra: Jurnal Bahasa dan Sastra has been accredited as a SINTA 4 (S4) journal by ARJUNA Ristekbrin, based on Decree No. 204/E/KPT/2022, effective starting from Volume 14, Number 1, 2022.
