Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial screening by the Editorial Team. After this, eligible manuscripts will be forwarded to peer reviewers for further evaluation using a Double Blind Peer Review process. Once reviewed, the manuscript is returned to the author for revision. This process takes a maximum of two months. Each manuscript will be assessed by reviewers based on substantial and technical aspects. The reviewers collaborating with Computer Science (CO-SCIENCE) are experts in their respective fields.

Reviewer recruitment is based on the principle that the reviewer must have authored at least three scientific journal articles (either as the first author or co-author), published in nationally accredited or international journals.

All submitted manuscripts are evaluated by the editorial team. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s scope or criteria may be rejected without external review. Manuscripts deemed potentially suitable are then reviewed under the double blind system. The editor makes the final decision based on the reviewers’ recommendations, which may include: rejection, major/minor revision, or acceptance.

The editor reserves the right to determine which manuscripts will be published.

Review Process Workflow:

  1. Manuscript Submission by the author
  2. Initial screening by the editor (some manuscripts may be desk rejected or returned before review). If the manuscript is not in line with the journal’s scope and template, it will be returned to the author. If appropriate, the editor will assign it to reviewers.
  3. Blind Review process by two reviewers. If the evaluations are significantly different, an additional reviewer will be assigned. Maximum review time is two months.
  4. Editorial Decision (Reject / Revise / Accept).
  5. Notification and feedback sent to the author.
