Peer Review Process
The Editorial Board will select each article for consideration through a Preliminary Review procedure. It will be sent to a Peer Reviewer for selection through the Single-Blind Review procedure. Peer reviewers take more than two months to review the substantial and technical components of each manuscript. The manuscript will be sent back to the author for revision. Widya Cipta: Jurnal Sekretari dan Manajemen collaborates with peer reviewers who are specialists in their domains.
At least three articles recognized scientific journal publications have been written by inviting reviewers as the first author or a member of the authors.
The Double-Blind Review technique is used to send manuscripts to reviewers that are assessed to pique the attention of our readers. The Editor decides based on the reviewer's recommendations, with three options: rejected, revision, or accepted. The editorial board will select all manuscripts. If the manuscript does not fulfill the journal's standards, it will be rejected without further examination by the editors.
Editors have the authority to choose which papers are published later.
Review Process:
1. The author sends the manuscript.
2. Initial review by the Editor (some manuscripts may be rejected or returned before review). Under Widya Cipta: Jurnal Sekretari dan Manajemen regulation, the Editor will assign the reviewer to the manuscript which accomplished the template. If the manuscript is not following the focus and scope of Widya Cipta: Jurnal Sekretari dan Manajemen, it will be rejected. If there are not follow the template of Widya Cipta: Jurnal Sekretari dan Manajemen, the manuscript will be returned to the author.
3. The review process is carried out utilizing a blind review. There are two reviewers; if the assessment results are not balanced, they will be submitted to additional reviewers.
4. Editor's decision.
The Editor decides based on the reviewer's recommendations, with three options: rejected, revision, or accepted.
5. Confirm to the author.
