Copyright Policy Statement

Authors who publish their manuscripts in JUSTIKA Journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright of the scientific works published in this journal remains with the authors.

  2. Authors grant JUSTIKA Journal the right of first publication. At the same time, authors permit other parties to share and distribute the work under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), provided that proper credit is given to the authors and JUSTIKA Journal is acknowledged as the original place of publication.

  3. Authors may enter into separate agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of their work, such as depositing it in an institutional repository or republishing it as part of a book. In such cases, JUSTIKA Journal must still be acknowledged as the original place of publication.

  4. Authors are permitted and encouraged to make their work available online, for example through an institutional repository or their institution’s website, before and during the submission process. This practice may support earlier academic exchange and increase the visibility and citation of the work.

  5. Manuscripts and related materials published in this journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).
