Author Guideliness

The submitted article must not have been previously published in any other medium and must be free from plagiarism. Authors may attach a signed plagiarism-free declaration and upload it as a supplementary file in Step 4. Alternatively, authors may submit the results of a plagiarism check.

The manuscript should use a two-column layout with equal column width and a 1 cm space between columns. It must be prepared on A4 paper size (21 × 29.7 cm) with the following margins:

  • Left and top margins: 3 cm
  • Right and bottom margins: 2 cm

The manuscript must be written in Microsoft Word using Times New Roman, 10-point font, single-line spacing, and a minimum length of six pages.

Paragraphs should use 6-point spacing after each paragraph and should not use first-line indentation.

 

Article Title

The article title must clearly describe the content of the manuscript using as few words as possible.

Authors should avoid unnecessarily long titles and phrases such as:

  • “A Study of…”
  • “An Investigation of…”
  • “Implementation of…”
  • “Observation of…”
  • “The Effect of…”
  • “Analysis of…”
  • “Design of…”

The accuracy of the title is important because it affects the discoverability of the article. Keywords also help readers locate relevant articles in search systems.

 

Introduction

The Introduction must clearly explain:

  • The background of the study
  • The research problem
  • Relevant literature
  • The proposed approach or solution
  • The novelty and contribution of the research

Citations and references must follow APA style, for example: (Sanjaya, Ramdhani, & Prasetio, 2016).

Foreign terms must be written in italics.

The article should be organized into the following sections:

  1. Introduction
  2. Research Method or Algorithm, if applicable
  3. Results and Discussion
  4. Conclusion
  5. References

A literature review may be included in the Introduction to explain the differences between the current study and previous research and to demonstrate the novelty of the article.

When the study proposes a highly original method or a new algorithm, an additional section may be inserted after the Introduction and before the Research Method section. This section should briefly explain the proposed method or algorithm.

The Introduction may also include supporting theories related to the proposed method, problem-solving approach, or method development. These explanations must be supported by reliable references, such as books, journals, conference proceedings, and other scientific publications.

 

Document Format

The abstract must be written in both Indonesian and English. Each abstract should be presented in a single paragraph and aligned using justified text.

The English abstract must be written in italics.

The manuscript from the Introduction to the References section must use a two-column layout.

Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively, for example:

  • Table 1, Table 2, and so on
  • Figure 1, Figure 2, and so on

Tables should use horizontal lines for the subheadings and the final row of data.

 

Research Methodology

The Research Methodology section must explain the research stages in chronological order, including:

  • Research design
  • Research procedures
  • Algorithms or pseudocode
  • Testing procedures
  • Data acquisition methods

Descriptions of research programs, procedures, or methods must be supported by relevant references so that the explanation can be scientifically accepted and evaluated.

 

Results and Discussion

This section must present the research findings together with a comprehensive discussion.

The results may be presented in the form of:

  • Numerical data
  • Graphs
  • Tables
  • Diagrams
  • Other relevant visual materials

The presentation should help readers understand the findings easily. The Results and Discussion section must emphasize the novelty, innovation, contribution, and implications of the research. The discussion may be divided into several subsections.

 

Conclusion

The Conclusion must explain whether the objectives stated in the Introduction have been achieved based on the results and discussion. The conclusion should be consistent with the findings and should not introduce new information that has not been discussed previously.

Authors may also include:

  • The potential development of the research findings
  • The potential application of the findings
  • Recommendations for future research

Detailed statistical data should not be repeated in the Conclusion section. Recommendations for future research should be relevant to the findings and, where appropriate, supported by reliable sources.

 

References

The main references should consist of international journals and accredited national journals.

All references must be:

  • Relevant to the research topic
  • Recent and up to date
  • Derived from reliable academic sources
  • Cited in the manuscript
  • Listed in the References section

References must be written in APA style using Mendeley. The reference list must be arranged alphabetically in ascending order from A to Z. References do not need to be grouped by source type, such as books, journals, conference proceedings, or websites. References from websites or other online sources are permitted, provided that they come from credible and reliable sources.
