Rancangan Bangun Arsitektur Integrasi Lintas Rumpun ERP Berbasis TOGAF ADM untuk Pengendalian Internal Sub-Ledger Sistem Informasi Akuntansi

Abstract

This research designs a cross-functional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration framework using the TOGAF ADM to address data isolation between floor operations and the General Ledger (GL) in Accounting Information Systems (AIS). Modelling was executed using ArchiMate notation in Sparx Enterprise Architect. The study establishes a multi-tier maker-checker mechanism by isolating multi-module sub-ledger transaction documents prior to financial posting. The results demonstrate that strict accounting automation must be bounded by physical validation and manual release controls to prevent late-period adjustments. This framework ensures audit trail integrity across the finance, distribution, and manufacturing modules.
