The development of digital technology encourages the transformation of education, especially in the organization of learning, training, seminars, and competence development. Although various digital platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), event management systems, material repositories, and discussion forums are widely used, these services generally operate independently, leading to fragmentation of the learning process and difficulty in monitoring participants' overall competence development. The purpose of this research is to develop InerCorp Mobile, an integrated mobile platform that combines event management services and digital learning using the Design Science Research (DSR) approach. The results showed that the platform successfully integrates six main components, namely Event Management, Learning Management System (LMS), Knowledge Repository, Workspace, Community, Leaderboard, and Gamification in one mobile application. Scientific contribution: This research proposes a conceptual model of an Integrated Learning Ecosystem that links the entire competency development process into a single integrated digital learning cycle. Functional evaluation using Black Box Testing shows that all the main features of the system run according to the specified specifications. The main contribution of this research lies in the development of the Integrated Learning Ecosystem model as a conceptual artifact that supports the integration of digital learning services and event Management in one mobile platform, which has the potential to become a reference for the development of similar systems in educational institutions, training institutions, and professional organizations.
