The rapid development of web-based information technology has created an urgent need for digital transformation in mobile phone repair services, which still rely heavily on manual recording and face challenges in monitoring repair progress, inventory data discrepancies, and reporting delays. This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system that integrates customer data, repair processes, and spare part inventory to improve operational efficiency and service transparency. The system was developed using a hybrid software development approach that combines the Waterfall, Prototyping, and Incremental models, implementation using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and a database using MySQL, as well as black-box testing. Key features include multi-user login, service registration, spare part inventory management, queuing system, automated financial reporting, and QR code–based repair status tracking. Test results show that the system reduced average administrative time from 15 minutes to 6 minutes (60% efficiency), increased inventory recording accuracy to 95%, and accelerated financial report generation from 2 hours manually to less than 10 minutes automatically. A user satisfaction survey of 30 respondents yielded an average score of 4.5 out of 5 (very satisfied). The proposed system successfully improved data accuracy, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction, while providing practical contributions to the digital transformation of small and medium enterprises in the mobile phone repair service sector.
