Abstract

Counseling activities in schools need to be systematically recorded and monitored to ensure that
students’ issues and progress are well documented. However, in practice, these processes are often carried out
separately, making it difficult for both schools and parents to effectively monitor student development. This study
aims to design a mobile application prototype to support the recording and monitoring of student counseling
activities. The proposed system involves four main actors: the counselor as the primary manager of counseling
data, the homeroom teacher as the observer of student development, and the parents and the school principal with
read-only access to support transparency and reporting. The system is developed using the SDLC with a Prototype
model approach. Evaluation is conducted through scenario-based functional testing, which shows that the main
features and system workflow are aligned with user needs.
