The organization of seminars as part of educational activities requires an information system capable of supporting event management processes, particularly participant registration. A common issue in conventional systems is the absence of an integrated mechanism for managing invited participants, which leads to less efficient administrative processes. This study aims to develop a web-based seminar participant registration information system that is integrated and adaptive to the needs of event organizers, thereby improving the efficiency and quality of participant data management. The system was developed using a prototype model that was iteratively refined based on user feedback. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and literature review. The system design employed various modeling diagrams, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, deployment diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams. The system was implemented using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The contribution of this study lies in the integration of invited participant management, participant segmentation, and ticket management into a single unified system, which has not been extensively addressed in previous studies. The results indicate that the developed system improves the efficiency of the invited participant registration process, facilitates participant data management and segmentation, and resolves previously encountered ticket management issues. Therefore, this information system can serve as an effective solution for supporting technology-based seminar organization.
