The development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes to the digital entertainment sector, particularly in the form of mobile games. One of the most popular mobile games in Indonesia is Mobile Legends: Bang-Bang, a MOBA genre game that offers an interactive gaming experience to millions of users. Despite its extensive player base, various complaints regarding the quality of User Experience (UX) are still found, especially from novice players who face difficulties in understanding basic features, navigation, and interface consistency. These UX issues are evident in user reviews, such as ambiguous icons, unclear menu navigation, lack of interactive guidance, and delayed system responses, which have the potential to create a negative initial impression and increase the risk of player churn. This study aims to analyze the quality of the Android-based Mobile Legends User Experience by combining the Cognitive Walkthrough and Heuristic Evaluation methods. The results of the study showed that based on the Heuristic Evaluation method on 96 respondents, the quality of Mobile Legends UX was generally assessed positively with an average score of Visibility of System Status of 4.01, Recognition Rather than Recall of 4.22, and Help and Documentation of 4.35 which categorized the user experience as "Good" to "Very Good". Meanwhile, the Cognitive Walkthrough involving 5 respondents successfully identified usability constraints, including a lack of system feedback and unclear icons, which indicate that there is still room for improvement in fundamental interaction elements.
