Abstract

Abstrak

Pendakian gunung merupakan aktivitas rekreasi dan olahraga yang menuntut kesiapan fisik, mental, serta akses informasi jalur yang akurat. Keterbatasan data rute, kondisi medan, dan fasilitas pendukung sering menjadi kendala bagi pendaki, khususnya pemula. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan CariYo! Track, sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang menyediakan informasi jalur, rekomendasi perlengkapan, panduan keselamatan, pendaftaran daring, integrasi data cuaca real-time, serta marketplace penyewaan perlengkapan. Metode pengembangan menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model incremental, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem (Entity Relationship Diagram, Logical Record Structure, Role-Based Access Control), implementasi prototipe bertahap menggunakan Laravel dan MySQL, pengujian fungsional pada setiap increment, serta evaluasi pengguna untuk validasi kegunaan. Uji coba dilakukan terhadap 50 responden pendaki di kawasan Gunung Merbabu dan Gunung Lawu. Hasil menunjukkan sistem mampu menampilkan peta jalur interaktif berbasis GIS, deskripsi rute dengan tingkat kesulitan, checklist perlengkapan, verifikasi tiket berbasis QR, serta integrasi data cuaca real-time dari BMKG. Evaluasi kebergunaan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor rata-rata 82,5 yang termasuk kategori “Excellent”, menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan pengguna yang tinggi. Kesimpulannya, CariYo! Track berkontribusi pada peningkatan akurasi informasi jalur, mendukung keselamatan pendaki melalui fitur monitoring dan pelaporan kondisi jalur, serta mendorong pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal melalui layanan penyewaan perlengkapan. Platform ini diharapkan menjadi referensi andal bagi komunitas pendaki dan pengelola kawasan dalam pengelolaan kapasitas, mitigasi risiko, serta pengembangan ekowisata berbasis teknologi digital.

Abstract

Mountain climbing is a recreational and sporting activity that requires physical and mental readiness, as well as access to accurate trail information. Limitations in route data, terrain conditions, and supporting facilities often pose challenges for climbers, especially beginners. This study aims to design and implement CariYo! Track, a web-based information system that provides trail information, equipment recommendations, safety guidelines, online registration, real-time weather data integration, and an equipment rental marketplace. The development method employs the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with an incremental model, including needs analysis, system design (Entity Relationship Diagram, Logical Record Structure, Role-Based Access Control), stepwise prototype implementation using Laravel and MySQL, functional testing at each increment, and user evaluation for usability validation. The trial was conducted with 50 climber respondents in the Merbabu and Lawu mountain areas. Results show that the system can display GIS-based interactive trail maps, route descriptions with difficulty levels, equipment checklists, QR-based ticket verification, and real-time weather data integration from BMKG. Usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) produced an average score of 82.5, categorized as “Excellent,” indicating high user acceptance. In conclusion, CariYo! Track contributes to improving the accuracy of trail information, supporting climber safety through monitoring and reporting of trail conditions, and promoting local economic empowerment through rental services. This platform is expected to serve as a reliable reference for climbing communities and area managers in capacity management, risk mitigation, and the development of technology-based ecotourism.
