Based on this, the researcher proposes a web-based gro reservation system so that it can be accessed directly by Twinspe customers, can display schedule information that is still available, and services online through the website. The research method is observ interviews, and literature study. The website is designed using the RAD application development) software development method. The program language used is Php, Html, CSS, and javascript. As well as usin Codeigneter Framework (CI) and applications managed by the Ma database, while testing uses blackbox testing. With this online reser website, it is hoped that it can help Twinspetshop in delivering sch information and processing transaction data at Twinspetshop.
