Abstract

Pasirkamuning Village has cultural potential in the form of wayang golek crafts. However, it still lacks attention in digital promotion. The minimal use of social media causes craftsmen’s products to be less midely known, so that development opportunities are still not optimal. In addition, local elementary school children still need to gain a better understanding of cultural and basic skills in digital literacy. Awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness also needs to be increased in order to support the creation of a more beautiful and comfortable environment. This community service activity aims to help the community, especially craftsmen, introduce their work more widely through videography training among the younger generation. By utilizing social media, it is hoped that the promotion of local culture and crafts can run more effectively, so that it can open up mor opportunities for craftsmen. In addition, education is provided to students about local culuture so that they know and love their cultural heritage better. Increasing digital literacy is also provided through a basic introduction to Microsoft Word and Excell to equip students with skills that are much needed in the future. Through a participatori approach, the community and students are directly involved in the activities carried out.The expected resultof this program are to improve skills in utilizing digital media as a means of cultural promotion, increasing student’s awareness of local culture and digital literacy. Thus, Pasirkamuning Village can develop as a cultural tourism village that is more widelt known and brings benefits to its people.
