Pelatihan Pengelolaan Arsip Laporan Kegiatan Desa Untuk Meningkatkan Transparansi Dan Tertib Administrasi Di Desa Bojongsawah

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance transparency and administrative order in village governance through training in activity report archiving using a web-based e-archive system in Bojongsawah Village, Kebonpedes District, Sukabumi Regency. Archiving practices in the village were previously manual, making records vulnerable to loss, difficult to trace, and inefficient. The program included needs analysis, system design, training and mentoring, and evaluation using pre- and post-tests to measure participants’ knowledge improvement. Eleven village officials participated in the entire program. The results revealed an increase in the average score from 2.64 to 10.00, with a total delta (Δ) of 7.36 points, although the N-Gain value of 0.076 was categorized as low. Domain analysis indicated the greatest improvement in understanding the benefits and features of the digital system, while procedural aspects still required reinforcement. The training successfully fostered initial awareness of digital archiving and administrative transparency, forming a foundation for future capacity-building initiatives for village apparatus.
