Agent-Based Modeling untuk Anomali Toleransi Harga Energi dan Gaya Hidup dalam Strategi Operasional

Toleransi harga yang tidak berimbang berdampak buruk pada pola konsumsi. Konsumen menunjukkan kurangnya kepekaan terhadap kenaikan harga produk gaya hidup seperti kopi, namun sangat rentan terhadap variasi harga komoditas energi primer seperti bahan bakar minyak. Studi ini menggunakan metode Agent-Based Modeling yang divalidasi dengan data empiris dari 100 subjek untuk merekonstruksi interaksi agen konsumen dengan rasionalitas terbatas dalam konteks volatilitas harga dan intervensi gamifikasi. Analisis data distribusi memperkuat adanya perbedaan yang mencolok pada ambang batas toleransi kritis dengan rata-rata toleransi kenaikan harga kopi mencapai 30,24%, berbanding terbalik dengan bahan bakar minyak yang hanya 11,44%. Hasil eksperimen sistem juga menyatakan penolakan terhadap implementasi gamifikasi harga bahan bakar minyak sebesar 55,0% populasi, mengingat fungsinya sebagai barang esensial. Model ABM memproyeksikan peningkatan drastis dalam kepuasan ekstrem terhadap komoditas bahan bakar minyak ketika eskalasi harga menembus ambang psikologis 15%. Untuk mengatasi anomali perilaku tersebut, digunakan strategi operasional. Strategi ini mencakup mekanisme subsidi silang dengan asimetris margin dari produk gaya hidup, fokus gamifikasi yang beralih ke nilai tambah daripada harga dasar, dan penyesuaian harga kecil di bawah 11%. Strategi penerapan ini bertujuan menekan gelombang protes dari sisi psikologis dan menjaga kestabilan keuntungan sektor energi.
