Abstract

The quality of this service is very important not only for "competition related issues" but also for "increasing the rationalization, restructuring and accountability demands of public services. One of the techniques used to measure service quality is the AHP method. The AHP method (Analytic Hierarchy Process) which aims to identify service aspects that still have a minimum value, where the results can be used as decision recommendations for hospital management in improving services.The AHP method is basically able to provide a semi-structured analytical process which in turn can be used to combine assessments from various alternatives and existing criteria.The results of the AHP analysis showed that the criteria provided by the researcher greatly influenced the decision to assess the quality of services provided by RSU Ananda, this can be seen from the results of calculating the data obtained by the author, namely kr iteria reliability, which is the most important criterion in the quality of health services, is the 1st priority with a weight value of 39.93%, and assurance is the 2nd priority with a weight value of 19.60%, then tangible criteria is the 3rd priority with a weight value of 19.18%, then the empathy criterion is the 4th priority with a weight value of 11.20% and finally the responsiveness criterion is the 5th priority with a weight value of 10.10%. The AHP method is a suitable method for making decisions in an assessment, not only for assessing service quality but also for other choices.
