Information System for Sales of LPG and Water Depots at Kharisma Kubu Raya Store

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology at that time changed the activities in the world of commerce (e-commerce). Over time, changes in the field of information and communication technology are growing rapidly. Kharisma Store which is located at Jalan Wonodadi 1, Kubu Raya is a store that was established in 2012, this store provides basic needs needed by the community. In its business, the store still uses manual methods in running its business. All transactions are carried out in the form of notes or bookkeeping in general. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The problem that occurs is that the recording of the stock of goods at the Kharisma shop still uses a manual system, which is recorded in a special stock inventory book. With these problems, the author has the idea to create an application with the Code Igniter framework and the PHP programming language that is good and appropriate to support the store's performance. This charisma will provide forms for input of goods, transactions and sales reports, and with a computerized system an effective activity can be achieved in supporting activities in this company. The computerized system is better than the manual system to run more effectively and efficiently and the present attendance system is now more conducive than the previous system.
