Technology is one of the things that has a big influence on human life today, especially in the field of work. As time progresses, existing technology also develops. One of the technologies used by humans is computers. The data collection techniques that the author used in preparing this thesis are: 1. Observation Carrying out direct observations and research by looking at administrative activities at Fifa Promotionndo. 2. Interview Conduct a direct interview with Mr. Bury Pracita as General Manager who handles production administration to support data in designing the production application that will be created. 3. Literature Study With this method the author obtained data sources from several books, literature, references related to information system design, website design and data processing with Laravel. 1. Helping MSMEs in the data processing process and supporting performance in developing computerized systems so as to minimize the accumulation of hard copies when recording production activity processes. Designing a production information system can simplify the process of recording information from production activities carried out by its users. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is clear that the information system can run well according to the expected research objectives

Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Provinsi DKI Jakarta menghadapi tantangan strategis dalam
manajemen pajak daerah sejalan dengan perencanaan, termasuk RPJMD DKI 2017-2022, RPJMN
2020-2024, dan RPJP DKI 2005-2025. Tantangan terkait visi Jakarta sebagai City 4.0, revolusi industri
4.0, dan reformasi birokrasi. Sebagai respons, Bapenda DKI Jakarta menginisiasi rencana Teknologi
Informasi (TI) Aplikasi Portal Digital Coretax Jakarta berbasis Web pada 2022, sesuai dengan mandat
Presiden RI No. 95 Tahun 2018.Aplikasi ini bertujuan mengintegrasikan administrasi pajak, mekanisme
pembayaran, dan digitalisasi pemeriksaan pajak sebagai bagian dari roadmap digital yang
berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) untuk
mengevaluasi efektivitas dan kepuasan pengguna. EUCS mencakup lima variabel utama. Evaluasi
kepuasan pengguna ini krusial untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan area perbaikan dalam sistem,
melibatkan Pegawai ASN Bapenda DKI Jakarta sebagai pengguna utama Aplikasi Coretax dalam
aktivitas sehari-hari mereka. Implementasi aplikasi ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi
administrasi pajak tetapi juga mendukung transformasi digital Jakarta.

The web is a service that can be used on computers or cellphones connected to the internet. Analisis Tingkat kepuasan Pengguna Sistemtvr18 Pada TVR Parlemen Menggunakan Metode End User Computing Statisfaction

Abstract - The Information System at TVR Parliament Secretariat General of the DPR RI has been developed for five years, namely systemtvr2018/Data Coverage. However, as long as the system is running, no user satisfaction survey has been carried out regarding the information system used. The aim of this research is to see the relationship between and user satisfaction with the TVR2018 system/Data Coverage on TVR Parliament Secretariat General of the DPR RI. This research design is qualitative. The data in this research was obtained from questionnaires to systemtvr2018 users which were then processed. The suggestion given is to carry out periodic evaluations, and form a team to monitor the quality of the information system at TVR Parliament Secretariat General of the DPR RI. This research aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the TVR19 system used in the TVR Parliament Secretariat General of the DPR RI using the End User Computing Statisfaction Method, which includes surveys and data analysis to measure user satisfaction with the system. Data was collected through a survey distributed to systemtvr18 users at the agency. Surveys focus on aspects, including user interface, system performance, availability of technical support, and so on. The results of this research can provide valuable insight to TVR Parliament Secretariat General of the DPR RI to understand the extent to which the TVR18 system meets user needs.
