This development is in line with advances in information technology and computer networks that use technology that applies automation to the system. Internet connection at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency Kab. Bogor uses 2 Internet Service Providers. When one of the ISPs experiences a problem, the internet service will be disrupted and must be configured manually. The purpose of writing this final project is to keep the internet connection stable and not interfere with employee performance. The writing of this final project uses the methods of interview, observation, and literature study. The purpose of this study is how the author applies load balancing techniques that can overcome problems related to connection paths from 2 ISPs. One solution to deal with this problem is to use the method per connection classifier. The per connection classifier allows routers to remember the incoming and outgoing data paths that were passed at the beginning of the connection traffic. With these problems, researchers are interested in conducting research in the form of a decision support system that can later help from the company to determine the selection of the best employees in the form of a application. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a theory that contains measurements used to find the ratio scale by means of pairwise comparisons between factors. This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method as an alternative solution to the decision support system for selecting the best employees at PT. The system used is GAP competence. Competency GAP compares individual competencies to job competencies so that differences in competence are obtained. This study aims to create a decision-making model for promotion using the profile matching method, in order to be able to find out the assessment process objectively and transparently in accordance with the provisions at PT. United Tractors. The method used is quantitative because the research data is in the form of numbers. The results showed that the decision support system for promotion using the profile matching method through the process of collecting and analyzing data as well as the process of determining the ranking of employees of PT. Kansei Engineering is a method of determining product design based on feelings or emotions. The design of the product will be translated into human emotions. A brightly colored plate with a flower shape can be interpreted as a joyful emotion. This makes humans have an attachment to the product because of the emotional connection. Therefore, this research will implement the Kansei engineering method for products in e-commerce. This goal is motivated by e-commerce trends that will continue to develop in the future. The results of this study are the design of the Kansei system for searching products in e-commerce catalogs based on emotion. The conclusion of this research is to develop the best emotion-based product search algorithm and design the Kansei system with the main function of emotion-based product search. However, the problem with PT. Steadfast Marine, a Pontianak-based company that designs and builds ships, has not done the best job of hiring the best employees. Therefore, human resource management, namely using the weighted product (WP) method to select the best employees and improve employee performance in order to remain competitive in the business world, is an important component of successful business operations. Using multiplication to relate the value of the criteria, where each criterion must be raised to the first rank, with the weight of the relevant criteria, taking into account the criteria and weights. To select the best employees accurately and computerized, DSS can help provide solutions. Research was conducted to see and prove the truth and develop pre-existing knowledge by using criteria and applying them to web applications. The employee who was selected as the best employee among the alternatives in the company can be seen from the calculation results. Leading the administration of selecting the best employees.
